O arranque acontece com mais uma edi\u00e7\u00e3o do fim de semana gastron\u00f3mico, que decorre at\u00e9 1 de maio e inclui a dinamiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um <em>workshop<\/em> e a degusta\u00e7\u00e3o das vertentes tradicional e moderna desta iguaria\u00a0associada ao rio Minho.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o munic\u00edpio, o Debulho de S\u00e1vel \u00e0 Cerveirense vai estar em destaque nos card\u00e1pios dos restaurantes aderentes, nomeadamente, Abrigo das Andorinhas, Adega Real, Cantinho dos Amigos, Dom J\u00falio, Casa Lau, Central, Costa Verde, Glut\u00e3o, Lavrador e Luso Galaico.<\/p>\n<p>Para &#8220;potenciar este prato&#8221;, a C\u00e2mara de Vila Nova de Cerveira associou o Debulho de S\u00e1vel \u00e0 iniciativa Fim-de-Semana Gastron\u00f3mico impulsionada pelo Turismo do Porto e Norte de Portugal, dinamizando um programa complementar que junta gastronomia, m\u00fasica e costumes populares.<\/p>\n<p>No domingo, 30 de abril, a partir das 11h00, os apreciadores do Debulho de S\u00e1vel v\u00e3o poder aprender alguns dos segredos da receita tradicional, com dois membros da rec\u00e9m-criada Confraria do Debulho de S\u00e1vel \u00e0 Cerveirense, bem como perceber que sugest\u00f5es inovadoras se podem imputar ao prato, de forma a cativar o p\u00fablico mais jovem, com a presen\u00e7a do chef Francisco Jr. Oliveira Ferreira, acompanhado do subchef Diogo Sousa Moreira.<\/p>\n<p>Este momento gastron\u00f3mico, que ter\u00e1 lugar no Terreiro, contar\u00e1 ainda com a atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos Cavaquinhos de Lovelhe.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo reza a hist\u00f3ria, em Vila Nova de Cerveira, os homens pescavam o s\u00e1vel e as mulheres encarregavam-se de o vender de porta em porta.
